Ingredients
50 ml Black and White
50 ml sweet lime juice
10 ml lime juice
10 ml honey
Grated cinnamon stick
Method
Add all the ingredients together, shake and strain over ice into a chilled glass.
Garnish with macaroon and sweet lime peel
Glassware: Whisky glass

Pear Slim Nog
Ingredients
60ml Smirnoff Green Apple
1/4th piece fresh pear, chopped
5 pods cardamom
100 ml water
Sugar to taste
10 ml cardamom Syrup
1 egg white
Method
Crush 5 pods of cardamom. To this add 100ml of hot water and sugar.
Let the mixture cool and strain.
Muddle cool cardamom syrup with other ingredients and shake till the shaker is frost.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with cardamom powder

Johnnie & ginger
Ingredients
60 ml Johnnie Walker Red Label
Quarter red apple, chopped
10 ml red apple syrup
Ginger ale – to top
2 drops angostura bitters
Method
Mix the Johnnie Walker Red with the apple syrup in a Collins glass.
Top up with ginger ale; garnish with chopped apples and angostura
